the most important thing in an office...

companies'd better listen up!

the most basic crucial thing in an office in my opinion is a good air conditioning. no matter how diligent your employees are, or how driven they are, without a cozy environment, they'd be restless. thus it will affect their work! they can be the neatest, tidiest people but if they can't think clearly, there will definitely be no use. thus i conclude that the most important thing in an office is not how high is the salary but a good WORKING air conditioning! :(
